Sama Petra Villas

Visit Jordan's most beautiful countryside; Sama Petra Villas combine relaxation and beautiful sunsets with quaint luxury and simplicity

Sama Petra aims to provide a unique modern and cozy vacation home experience that offers peace of mind and privacy for travelers and vacationers.  This is a great alternative to hotels or renting apartments in Amman or other nearby cities in a manner that provides you with an experience that is more authentic and genuine in one of Jordan's most quaint countryside.

Our philosophy is to preserve as much of the unblemished natural surrounding area to offer an experience that is in the truest sense authentic.

Our goal is to make your stay affordable while high value so that your budget for the stay is reasonable and allows you to rent a car as well.  Having a car in Jordan is liberating for those brave souls who love to explore.  It will allow you to do so much more in a short amount of time.  The drive to the Sama Petra Villas is an easy drive in the countryside with nice views along the way.

The views from the properties are spectacular throughout the day.  The villas are situated to maximize evening enjoyment with comfort in a private setting.

The weather is fairly stable in Jordan with in-frequent inclement weather.  During the winter months, the temperature here is almost 10 degrees C (or 20 F) higher than in Amman making it a perfect getaway for Jordanians and tourists alike.  Because summer can be hot, yet a popular time to visit Jordan, the weather in the Fall, Spring and Winter months is comfortable and refreshingly pleasant.

The weather in As-Subayhi is typically warmer than in the capital Amman, as the warm breeze from the lowlands rises through the valleys in the fall and winter months up to the higher elevations adding to the feeling of comfort and relaxation.

The summer months can be hot during the day but the swimming pools offer a convenient and attractive way to cool down.  The mornings and evenings are usually much cooler and enjoyment of the outdoors feels natural and easy.

The town of As-Subayhi is a short 5-minute drive away with access to convenience stores, restaurants and more.  We do offer an optional breakfast that is prepared with fresh supplies from the nearby town.  There is nothing better than nice fresh Falafels, traditional hummus and local olives in the morning.

Food deliveries are available in the area making the stay feel as convenient as being at a hotel but at a more manageable cost especially when families are traveling together. The food is delivered right to the property and you'll find menus and phone numbers at the villas.
